Growing up, I recall being scared, afraid and timid for most of my childhood. I had no clue how to deal with the many overwhelming aspects of life, such as coping and excelling in school, dealing with bullies, meeting and making friends, falling in love and finding a career. Fed up with my situation and the way I felt about what was happening to me in my life, I vowed to ensure that my children would not have go grow up and feel the same way I did as a child.

This promise to myself motivated me to develop a deep understanding of emotions and more importantly how to manage them. Today, I use these methods that work, as well as the processes, to manage my emotions and take control of my own life. Now, after raising three confident and amazing children as well as impacting countless coaches, athletes, teachers and students over the years, I am devoting my time to help all people to face adversity to harness the power of their emotions and use them to achieve their personal success.

I has served as an educator for 35 years. I am currently working with the Brandon School Division, Brandon, Manitoba. I have been an Assistant Coach of the Brandon University Women’s Basketball Team for 9 years. I have done successful workshops for many schools, including sessions for LIFT-SAGE and the Oxford International Round Table Invitation (London, England). I have successfully worked with many elite athletic teams as well as countless one-one with elite athletes. Most people will affectionally refer to and remember my sessions as “Be the Frog!
